Wolfcraft
Winfried Schneider and Harald Weber: The Mediators
With their motto "At home in the Eifel/Germany - and the world!", the family business Wolfcraft, founded in 1949, has dedicated itself to delivering tools and accessories to DIY stores and specialist dealers worldwide.

The company holds more than 500 patents and many of their products have received awards. 400 employees around the world, 200 of them in Germany, generate an annual turnover of close to 100 million Euro.
High demands
Considerably fluctuating sales and enormous pricing pressure place hefty demands on the management of the company. The new system had to provide assistance in the following areas:
- Pinpointing of plan-current deviations
- Making all employees understand how their actions have an impact on results
- Lowering analysis costs
- Providing an analytical extension to SAP-based solutions already in use
- Putting into practice the modern view of the controller as defined by the International Group of Controlling: 80 % of a controller's time should be spent on coaching rather than on generating reports
"We not only use DeltaMaster as an analysis tool, but as an integrating product suite, so that we can perform controlling in all its facets. From reporting through analysis and forecasting to simulation and budgeting, everything is covered."
Winfried Schneider, Controlling
