To guarantee a consistently high standard of quality of botanical medicines, Pascoe uses processes that are - at face value - contradictory. The plants used are the result of controlled organic production and are harvested in a gentle, labor-intensive process, to the point of being almost hand-picked. In the manufacture of the remedies, on the other hand, largely automated production processes deploy precise control mechanisms to ensure purity and accuracy.
Making data work throughout the company
The performance of the cost-intensive field sales department is a key factor for sales success in the pharma sector. To get the best out of field sales potential, Pascoe wanted a company-wide analysis system that could deliver the necessary data for all measures relating to sales, marketing and the planned allocation of personnel.
Nine months later, costs have been lowered by two-thirds
