The new version of our Report Server automates the creation and sending of even complex reports.

Anyone creating reports for large groups of recipients is faced with analytical, editorial and logistical challenges. It's not just a matter of welding content and form into a convincing whole, but also making sure that the right people get the reports. Our Report Server brings a high degree of automation to help you with this thankless task.

The reports are expedited to directories or reach the recipient via email. The latter has proved particularly successful. Emails still generally receive a high degree of attention, and reports make the recipient all the more curious the faster they land on his or her desk.

What's so special about our Report Server: It can also carry out the complex updating of existing report templates. A highlight of this, which almost none of our competitors can offer, is the automatic iteration of reports using your organizational structures. If basically the same report is to be sent to all members of the field sales team, but reports on only the area for which each employee is responsible, you only have to make a few settings and Report Server takes on the entire task. The list of sales staff is created dynamically from the organizational structure. If the composition of the structure changes, the dispatch adjusts automatically.

These possibilities are appreciated by customers such as BMW, Gühring,Swiss or the Bayernhafen Group.

Report Server features

Report Server has automated functions for updating, generating and distributing reports as emails or in the file format of the DeltaMaster analysis session, as well as in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. In the DeltaMaster user hierarchy, the Analysis Editor is particularly well supported. Routine tasks such as periodically sending updated reports to defined target groups can be performed at the push of a button.

At airlines such as Swiss, reports are created fully automatically with the aid of Report Server. In some cases, reports are made for more than 600 ticket agencies. The reports substantially exceed the normal reporting level and provide decisive impulses. The agencies liked them so much that they asked other airlines for the same kind of reports.

Customers such as the manufacturer of drilling tools, Gühring, use particularly clever Report Server iteration functions: From a template containing three simple-to-maintain reports, several hundred field sales staff can each obtain a list of their current 40 best customers the 40 products demanded most often by these customers. This is an excellent example of our data-driven understanding of analysis.
