Your technical support questions will be answered by the very software engineers responsible for the relevant module.

After-Sales and Project Support

When you carry out a project with us, the very project team members who built the application will then later be available to provide you with support. You'll even get their cell phone numbers. Our Support uses the wonderful Netviewer application produced by our colleagues from the company of the same name. We use it to perform "desktop sharing": you can see our screen and we can see yours. All the typical misunderstandings can be avoided, and both sides can do most things over the phone. This saves time, money and hours spent in traffic jams.

AutoBase

Our AutoBase technology ensures that our projects are documented well and automatically, and that colleagues can fill in for each other at any time and provide the same competent assistance.
